Top-rated comic book stores in North Dakota

How this list is ranked: each shop's Google rating multiplied by its number of Google reviews, so a shop needs both a high rating and a lot of reviews to place well. Only shops with 10 or more reviews count. All 9 comic shops we list in North Dakota qualify.

Passing through Fargo, my son and I decided to check out a local Magic the Gathering store. We were not disappointed by Paradox. The card selection was amazing. We were looking for a few old cards for commander decks and they had them all.

   Grand Cities Games

   4.7★★★★★ 381 reviews

Grand Forks, ND · 120 N Washington St

I love this store! It has so many games and options for all ages. There are many types of games and figures for painting. They even sell the paint as well if you need some! If you don't want to buy a game without trying it they have tables set up so you can play any game you want (that's open) and try it before buying.

The staff was well attuned to the wants and needs of each individual and group, which is perfect for a store with such a diverse patronage. Introverts were left to browse after a polite offer to assist where needed. People that were new to the store were assisted to the nth degree.

One of the only and so far best places in town to find comics and figures! Plus the guys who work here are extremely friendly and knowledgable. If you even want to order something through them that they don't already have they'll help you find the cheapest price available online!

This place has everything! The three guys that run this shop know what they're doing as well as make sure that their prices are beyond fair. I went in there the other day and found multiple laser discs as well as vinyl records of high quality and great content. They also have a phenomenal Lego selection as well!
