Top-rated comic book stores in Connecticut
How this list is ranked: each shop's Google rating multiplied by its number of Google reviews, so a shop needs both a high rating and a lot of reviews to place well. Only shops with 10 or more reviews count. 33 of the 33 comic shops we list in Connecticut qualify; these are the top 10.

Most Excellent Comics & Gaming
4.5★★★★★ 658 reviews
Pull listsBack issuesFree Comic Book DayWhen it comes to Most Excellent Comics and Gaming, I think it's fair to say that this is easily the best comics and collectibles shop in CT and possibly all of New England! I've been into comics my whole life, but I fell out of the hobby in my 20s.

Back issuesMangaFree Comic Book DayAbsolutely fantastic local comic shop and community hub. Wonderland Comics consistently goes above and beyond to support both the hobby community and local families.
-
The Goblin's Cavern
4.6★★★★★ 221 reviews
Back issuesThis is the epitome of great customer service and most importantly consistency. I’m lucky enough to have two shops in town. But I no longer go to the other due to inconsistency in pricing. The Goblin Cavern charges both MSRP and market prices whether the prices favor them or not.

Cave Comics Inc
4.8★★★★★ 211 reviews
Back issuesAwesome local comic book shop, by far the best in the area. I visit this shop every Wednesday on new comic book day to pick up my books. They have all the new releases and a large inventory of back issues. If they do not have a book they will order it no questions asked.

Comics and Collectibles ETC
4.6★★★★★ 206 reviews
Back issuesBeen here a few times now. Definitely has a sketchy vibe to it, as the building looks abandoned, there's almost never any cars in the rundown parking lot, and the shop is down a flight of stairs to the basement. However, don't be fooled -- a little diamond in the rough going on.

DJ's Cards and Comics
4.3★★★★☆ 207 reviews
Had a huge variety of items took me a bit to look through it all and pick! Pokemon prices are a huge hit or miss but the hits are great. Friendly atmosphere and consistently offered help. 4 star for the pricing but 5 stars for the selection and employees, definitely a place worth checking out

Pull listsMy wife brought me here as a Fathers Day surprise, and honestly she couldn't have picked a better spot. This shop is very well organized, very clean, and has a wide range of comics and graphic novels for anyone. The staff is also super friendly.
