What New Haven shoppers say
Selection is great, but customer service needs improvement. Helpful + welcoming interactions can use some work. Note: The owner was not present during my visit. Typically customer experiences are top notch with most comic book stores in this case.
After looking for the first time to start buying comics this has become my one stop shop. They were very nice and understanding of just how confusing starting out is and lead me to to the things I wanted and wanted to know more about.
