Diverted Comics Comic book store in Bakersfield, CA

Really good selection of comics! Walked in today and found exactly what I was looking for. Local shop and the owner is really easy to contact with requests for subscriptions and special issues. I have been going to Diverted for a while now and would 💯 recommend them. Check em out!

Super nice and easy to talk to! I’m new when it comes to collecting comics, and this place has everything. Aside from comics, there’s also collectible figures and supplies too. The owner is great at communicating, and if I ever need anything ordered, I don’t hesitate to contact him! Would definitely recommend.

I haven't been to the new location yet, but the staff is amazing. Very kind, very helpful, always full of stock and so many comics to pick from. I come whenever the series I'm collecting releases a new comic book, and the owner always points to the direction of where it is. Thank you!

I was worried about getting my comics graded and was unsure of the process. Johnny patiently explained the process, took care of the logistics, and provided sound advice. He made the whole venture very easy.
