Super clean, organized, very friendly staff! My partner and I were on the hunt for Pokemon cards, which they didn’t have at the moment but the staff took the time to advise when they receive new Pokemon card shipments and that they do limit how many people can buy at once to ensure there is enough to go around, which…
This place is amazing, the staff are super friendly and helpful. The Manga and items are very well selected. Your gonna see all your mainstream stuff as well as a lot of niche and hidden gems. This place has everything anime and kpop related you need and then some stuff you didn't know you did.
Amaya helped me find the last figure I needed for my More More Jump! Collection. We had a wonderful talk about Hatsune Miku. I was about to leave town to go back home in Georgia, and the figure I was looking for was not in stock at the Glenwood store.
Would HIGHLYYYY recommend!! This store (and it's staff) is absolutely amazing!! It is a welcoming and inclusive safe place for all, which was a HUGE plus for our family. The staff is OVERLY kind and knowledgable (shout out to Nicki for making my kiddo feel seen in a way that I can't).
