There used to be another store in town and the guy didn't know anything about comics and was grumpy, like a late 1990s comic book store owner. These folks are more like early 1990s comic book store owners. They seem to enjoy the job (who wouldn't?) and the people.
Nice employees - answered all my young son's questions and took the time to show him examples. Cool merchandise even if you're not a comic book fan or gamer. My kid loves this store. He got some Pokémon cards and accessories like card cases. Update: love the new location. It's a lot more comfortable to browse.
Great selection and service helped me pick out a graded comic gift for my 15 year old son.
Genuinely one of the few shops I feel that I can trust. Staff is super friendly and I have bought DnD stuff, pokemon cards, and packs. Does a great job at keeping everything around MSRP for sealed pokemon products and the pricing given on singles is always fair or even below what I expected.
